摘　　要：农村信用社的改革方向和省级联社的定位问题一直制约着农村信用社的深入发展。因此,尽快研究和出台明晰的发展战略就成为当前农村金融体系改革中的当务之急。The reform direction of rural credit cooperatives(RCC)and the position of provincial-level cooperatives have been restricted in- depth development of RCC.Therefore,researching and issuing clear development strategy as soon as possible have become the most urgent task in current reform of rural financial system.
