气囊助产40例临床观察

摘　　要：本文将１９９４年４月至１９９５年４月在本院使用的气囊助产器助产４０例分别从缩短产程，胎儿窘迫，产道撕伤及产后出血情况与对照组比较进行统计分析。提示气囊助产可缩短产程，减轻产妇痛苦，安全无副作用，值得临床推广应用。This paper was a statistical analysis on 40 cases with air-cyst delivery in our hospital from 1994 to 1995.It has compared with contract stage of labor,neonatal state,birth canal injury,and postpartum hemorrhage in two groups.The outhors belive that air-cyst delivery can contract stage of labor,simple and sfe and not side-effects.It is worth applying wide in clinic.
