皮肤扩张术修复面颈部瘢痕21例

摘　　要：目的:总结应用皮肤扩张术修复面颈部瘢痕的临床经验。方法:回顾1999—2003年间,运用皮肤扩张术治疗的面颈部瘢痕病例共21例,分析其临床资料及临床效果。结果:除2例注液量较大(总量400 mL)者胀痛感较明显外,均扩张顺利。随访0.5～2年,皮瓣存活均良好,弹性好,柔软,形态佳。2例患者术后出现切口瘢痕增生。结论:应用皮肤扩张术修复面颈部中小面积瘢痕安全可靠,简单易行。Objective： To explore the clinical application of tissue expanding technique for scars repairing on face and neck. Methods： Since 1990 to 2003, 21 patients were treated. The clinical data and effects were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Two patients felt obvious swollen ache for overdose injection （total 400mL）. The expanded tissue flaps survived well with good elasticity, pliability and appearance after follow-up for 6 months to 2 years. New scar hyperplasia happened in two patients. Conclusion： Tissue expanding technique for repairing medium and small area scars on face and neck is safe, simple and easy.
