摘 要:目的:为研究肢体负压疗法的疗效及探讨其作用机理,我们对犬后肢进行实验研究。方法:实验犬分三组,治疗组为左后肢缺血模型犬并行患肢负压治疗;对照组同治疗组但不做治疗;自身对照组为双后肢缺血模型犬,左侧行负压治疗,右侧作为对照。治疗前后行单光子发射计算机断层照相机(SPECT)及血浆6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-K-PGF1α)、血栓素B2(TXB2)含量测定。结果:负压治疗后,缺血肢体血容量增加、血中6-K-PGF1α/TXB2比值升高。结论:肢体负压疗法对肢体动脉闭塞性病变有一定疗效,并通过6-K-PGF1α/TXB2比值升高维持其较长期疗效。Objective;To determine the effects of leg negative pressure(LNP) for ischemic extremity in dogs. Methods; By cutting the branch of femoral artery and inserting foreign bodies into the artery of canine posterior limb, extremity ischemic models were established. Fifteen dogs were randomly divided into 3 groups and 5 in each group. Only left hind limb was ischemic in control group and treated group whose ischemic limb was treated with LNP( - 12kPa). In self- control group, there were two ischemic limbs, in which the left got treated, while the right did not. Using SPECT(Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography) and RIA(Radio Immunnessay)method, we respectively measured the blood volume of hind limb and plasma 6 - keto - PGF1a, TXB2 before and after treatment. Results ;The blood volume of lesion limb increased in treated group(p < 0.05) and self - control group( p < 0.01). The ratio of plasma 6 - keto - PGFla to TXB2 also rose in treated and self- control group(p < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of LNP on ischemic limb, appear to increase blood supply. That could account partially for the mechanisms that the response to treatment of LNP is good for extensive arterial occlusive diseases of extremity.
