摘　　要：目的了解不同抗凝剂条件下采集的血液标本对载脂蛋白M(apoM)检测结果的影响。方法将11名健康志愿者的血液分别装入乙二胺四乙酸钾(EDTA-K2)干燥抗凝管、肝素锂干燥抗凝管、3.8%枸橼酸钠抗凝管和普通血清管,用Dot-blotting法检测各管apoM的浓度。同时,为避免不同显色系统引起的误差,分别采用碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)为标记物的二抗进行实验,比较各管结果的差异。结果无论是ALP组还是HRP组中,EDTA管结果均低于其他三管,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肝素和枸橼酸钠对apoM的影响在不同二抗的实验中结果相反。结论抗凝剂的选择对Dot-blotting法检测apoM的结果有很大的影响。EDTA可显著降低Dot-blotting法检测apoM的结果,并且不是通过抑制碱性磷酸酶的途径来实现的。Objective To investigate the effect of different anticoagulants on apolipoprotein M （apoM） measurement. Methods ApoM was measured in serum and in EDTA-K2-treated, lithiumheparin-treated and 3.8%sodium-citrate-treated plasma from 11 healthy volunteers with two kinds of Dot-blotting methods （ALP or HRP conjugated secondary antibody, respectively）. Results In both ALP and HRP group, the measured apoM values in EDTA-treated plasma were lower than those in other plasma and serum, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The effects of heparin and citrate on the apoM measurement in two groups were inversely different. Conclusion Different anticoagulants affect the apoM measurement greatly. EDTA will significantly reduce the apoM values with Dot-blotting methods and the mechanism is not based on the suppression of ALP activity.
