Thoughts on Developing Regional Agriculture with Distinctive Features in Hunan Province under the Agreement of Pan-Pearl River Delta Regional Cooperation

摘　　要：随着我国改革开放的进一步推进,区域合作也得到了快速发展,区域经济的发展面临新的发展机遇,在泛珠三角区域合作的框架下,农业发展规划对湖南这个传统的农业大省,提供了前所未有的发展机遇和对外合作的平台,如何认真探索湖南新时期新农村建设的思路,发挥区域特色农业的优势,在区域合作中把握发展机会,扩大改革开放的成果,是当前湖南省经济贸易发展中的重大课题,我们应该认真思考。Along with the further advancement of our country＇s reform and opening policy, the regional cooperation also achieved fast development. Given the unprecedented development opportunity and the foreign cooperation platform under the Agreement of Pan - Pearl River Delta Regional Cooperation, Hunan, a big tradition agricultural province, is now having the golden opportunity of agricultural development planning. How to explore new idea of rural reconstruction for Hunan, and to display the superiority of the regional characteristic agriculture, to grasp the development opportunity in the region cooperation should be thought carefully. In order to expand the reform and opening policy achievement, it is an important issue for Hunan province to ponder earnestly in the current economi- cal trade development.
