湖南农村信息化存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：通过对湖南农村信息化"最后一公里"问题的调研,发现目前存在的主要问题是政府部门协调不够、信息资源重复建设和政府不能利用企业积极性等,提出了加强政府领导、提供政策支持、整合信息资源和加强农民培训等解决方法。By researching the ＂Last One Kilometer＂ of informationization in the rural areas in Hunan province, we found many problems, such as lack of cooperation between governments, repeated construction on information resources, and governments＇not being able to utilize the enthusiasm of enterprises. Therefore, we proposes some countermeasures that the leadership of governments should be enhanced, policy support should be provided, information resources should be integrated and the training of farmers should be strengthened.
