摘　　要：本文总结了82例颅脑外伤后并发精神症状患者的护理,即给予做好原发疾病的护理,同时加强心理、安全和生活护理及相关精神症状的护理,做好康复期护理指导,早期采取积极的治疗和护理,对缩短病程,预防精神残疾,提高患者的生活质量至关重要。This paper summarized nursing experiences of 82 patients who complicated with psychiatric symptom after eraniocerebral trauma. Namely do well primary diseases care, at the same time, mental nursing, safety nursing, living nursing and nursing of related psychiatric symptom were emphasized, do well rehabilitation nursing guldenee and giving active treating and nursing to the patients early,all of those nursing were very important to reduce the course of diseases, prevent mental sequela and improve the life quality of patients.
