摘　　要：以非洲菊的嫩叶、老叶为材料,用改进后的CTAB—FREE洗涤法、CTAB法均获得HMW基因组DNA;CTAB—FREE洗涤法提取的DNA纯度较高,其操作简单,并能有效地将非洲菊老叶中富含的酚类、多糖类物质去除,使得提取出DNA纯度、浓度都合符AFLP分析要求,取材也最方便;本研究还获得了非洲菊的清晰AFLP指纹图谱,为非洲菊的相关研究提供参考。The study was made on DNA of Gerbera jamesonii obtained from the spire and climax leaf by using the improved methods of CTAB with CTAB-FREE clean and CTAB. The DNA purity ortained by CTAB-FREE method was higher and easy to operation,it can take off phenols and polysaccharides materials of Gerbera jamesonii, and the got DNA suited for AFLP analysis. The research get a clear fingerprint of AFLP, The foundation for the AFLP technology on further research and the application of the Gerberajamesonii germplasm resources.
