摘  要:以湖南马尾松毛虫发生地采集的马尾松毛虫为试验材料,选用CPV、Bt 2种微生物复配后对其进行室内药效试验,结果表明:Bt对越冬代松毛虫前12 d死亡率的影响显著,死亡率与Bt浓度呈正比,Bt浓度为6×107个芽孢/mL时,死亡率可达70.36%;Bt使用浓度为5×106芽孢/mL时,第一代松毛虫(群体饲养)处理6 d平均死亡率可达70.41%,Bt使用浓度为1×107芽孢/mL时,平均死亡率可达75.09%;CPV对越冬代松毛虫处理12 d后残留种群带毒率影响显著,带毒率与CPV浓度呈正比,当CPV浓度为2×105个多角体/mL时,其带毒率可达53.68%;复配药剂按其对第一代松毛虫(单虫饲养)的药效(前6 d死亡率)可分为5类,其平均药效(死亡率)最高达100%,最低的仅为43.12%;CPV-Bt复配药剂防治马尾松毛虫的越冬代和第一代,若只需达到70%杀虫率和50%残留种群带毒率水平,越冬代宜选用2×105个多角体/mL+6×107个芽孢/mL,第一代宜选用5×104个多角体/mL+1×107个芽孢/mL。The laboratory efficacy test was base on CPV-Bt mixed microorganisms against on Dendrolimus purtctatus in Hunan Province. The results showed that: The obvious effects on the first 12 days of treatment on mortality ratio of overwintering generation by Bt, and the mortality ratio was proportional to concentration of Bt. The mortality ratio can reach 70.36% bythe 6 × 10^7 Bt gemmae per milliliter. The average mortality ratio of first generation larvae can reach 70.41% after treatment six days by the 5 × 10^6 Bt gemmae per milli- liter, and reach 75.09% by the 1 × 10^7 Bt gemmae per milliliter, The obvious effects on the 12 days after treatment of carrying virus ratio of overwintering generation residual population by CPV, and the carrying virus ratio was proportional to concentration of CPV. The carrying virus ratio can reach 53.68% by the 2 × 10^5 CPV polyhedra per milliliter. There were five kinds of laboratory efficacy on first generation larvae by combinations of CPV-Bt. The average laboratory efficacy mortality was highest in 100% and lowest in 43.12%. For getting the efficacy of mortality is 70% and carrying virus ratio of residual population is 50%, the optimization combinations of CPV-Bt are: For overwintering generation is 2 × 10^5 CPV polyhedra add 6 × 10^7 Bt gemmae per milliliter. For first generation is 5 × 10^4 CPV polyhedra 1 × 10^7 Bt gemmae per milliliter.
