摘  要:研究了食用菌培养基工厂化生产中物料均匀混合、自动称重计量、水分快速渗透等关键技术;对粉碎机、包装机和搅拌机等关键设备进行了专门化设计.其中枝条粉碎机解决了树皮缭绕问题;包装机的结构优化设计降低了机构运动加速度,有效地提高了机械运动平稳性,并为包装机机电一体化设计提供了设计依据;为保证均匀混合效果,锥形双动式搅拌器的螺杆内侧点必须落在行星轮瞬时轴上.在关键装备专门化设计的基础上,最终实现了桑枝屑食用菌培养基生产线的系统集成.This study focused on some key techniques in the industrialized manufacturing of edible fungus culture medium, including automatic weighing, uniform mixture of raw materials and rapid water infiltration. In order to realize these techniques, grinders, packing machines and mixers were designed specially. Branch grinder solved the winding problem. The structure's optimization of packing machines leads to the reduction of its moving acceleration, stability improvement and providing fundamental principles for further mechatronics design. In order to secure uniform mixture effect, the screw inner point of the tapered planetary gear train mixer should locate on the planetary gear instantaneous axis. Based on the special design of those key equipment, the innovative integration of the automatic production line of edible fungus culture medium was accomplished.
