摘　　要：研究了ISO于2000年底制定的新一代静态图像压缩编码标准JPEG2000的整个编解码系统,介绍了JPEG2000静止图像压缩标准产生的背景,所涉及的重要概念和关键技术;讲述了作为JPEG2000标准中首选算法小波的提升算法,用程序实现了简单的基于小波提升算法的JPEG2000的编解码系统,并将压缩后的图像在质量及大小两方面与原始图像作了简单的比较,便于选用不同的压缩比得到适合的图像.The paper presents all the encoding and decoding system of JPEG 2000, the new ISO/ITU-T Standard for still image coding compressing. The author describes the original background, conception and key techniques, analyses the raising algorithm, which will become an optional algorithm of JPEG2000. The author has realized a simple JPEG 2000 encoding/decoding system based on the scaling-based algorithm wavelet with program. And the enquality and capacity of the image are simply compared with the old image, in order to select the vary compression ratio and obtain good image.
