摘  要:目的观察子宫腺肌病组织中VEGF的表达及其对微血管生成的影响。方法采用免疫组化法检测34例子宫腺肌病(研究组)原位内膜、腺肌病病灶和30例非子宫腺肌病子宫标本(对照组)原位内膜VEGF蛋白和微血管密度(MVD);采用RT-PCR检测VEGF mRNA的表达。结果研究组增殖期和分泌期腺肌病病灶、原位内膜VEGF蛋白表达率均高于对照组内膜,研究组腺肌病病灶表达率高于原位内膜。分泌期两组中原位内膜的表达率均高于增殖期。子宫腺肌病病灶和原位内膜MVD高于对照组内膜,腺肌病病灶高于原位内膜。VEGF和MVD表达呈正相关。结论子宫腺肌病病灶存在VEGF、VEGF mRNA、MVD的高表达,子宫腺肌病病灶VEGF和MVD表达呈正相关。Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF in adenomyosis and its effect on angiogenesis. Methods Expression of VEGF protein and MVD in 34 ectopic lesions and eutopic endometrium in adenomyosis (study group) as well as 30 normal endometrium ( control group) were detected by immunohistochemistry. RT-PCR was used to measure the expression of VEGF mRNA in adenomyosis. Results The expression rate of VEGF in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium of proliferate and secretary phase in adenomyosis was higher than that of the control group, the rate of ectopic endometrium was higher than that of eutopic endometrium. The rate of eutopic endometrium of the secretary phase was higher than that of proliferate phase in two groups. The MVD of the ectopic and eutopic endometrium in adenomyosis was higher than that of the control group. There was a positive correlation between VEGF and MVD. Conelusions The expression lever of VEGF, VEGF mRNA and MVD in the ectopic endometrium of adenomyosis was high, and their expression had a oositive correlation.
