摘  要:目的探讨原发性高血压患者颈动脉内膜—中膜厚度(IMT)与高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的相关性。方法对145例原发性高血压患者及153例健康受试者进行颈动脉粥样硬化检测及血浆hsCRP测定,对测定结果进行统计学分析。结果高血压组IMT、hsCRP均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);hsCRP血浆水平与IMT年龄呈正相关(r=0.342,P<0.01)。结论hsCRP可能是高血压患者动脉粥样硬化的一个独立预测因子,可能参与了高血压病动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展。Objective To investigate the relationship between carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) in essential hypertension. Methods 145 cases of essential hypertension and 153 cases of healthy people were recruited. Carotid IMT was assessed by high frequency uhrasonography, and the level of plasma hsCRP was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent Assay (ELASA). Results IMT in hypertension group was thicker than that in control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). There was a significant difference between hypertension group and control group in level of plasma hsCRP ( P 〈 0.01 ). The level of plasma hsCRP was correlated positively with IMT and SBP respectively (r=0. 342,P〈0.01 and r=0.478,P 〈0.01). Conclusions The level of plasma hsCRP may be an independent prognostic factor for atherosclerosis in essential hypertension.
