摘　　要：本文阐述了历史建筑保护的经济成本与收益,探讨了通过应用价值创新、产业协作、政府干预、产权管理与制度创新等现代经济手段,以提高历史建筑保护的经济收益,实现在市场经济环境下历史建筑保护的成本与收益平衡。The paper expounds the economic cost and value of historic building, and discuss- es how to enhance the benefit from the con- servation of historic buildings, and how to keep the balance of the market and the conservation of historic building, by means of value innova- tion, industrial cooperation, government inter- vention, property management and system innovation.
