摘  要:介绍了一种测定高活性石灰活性度的方法——温升速率法。测定时,将225 mL温度为24℃水倒入1 000 mL保温容器内,在转速为300 r/min的搅拌器搅拌下,将75 g一定粒度石灰试样倒入容器中,根据溶液首次出现最高温度时间和达到的最高温度,计算温升速率,即石灰活性度。对试样的粒度及实验结果的精密度进行了研究,并用酸碱滴定法和温升速率法测定了5种不同活性石灰的活性度。结果表明:温升速率法测定石灰活性度时试样粒度以不大于1 mm为宜,两种方法测定的石灰活性度曲线变化趋势一致。用本法测定一石灰样品的活性度,得到相对标准偏差为0.17%(n=32)。A method for determining activity of high active lime by temperature rising rate method was introduced. 75 g of certain granularity's lime was poured into a 100 mL of head retainer, where 225 mL of water at 24℃ was added in advance, then according to the maximum temperature and time at which the maximum temperature appeared for the first time, the temperature rising rate, i.e. lime activity was obtained by calculation. The granularity of sample and precision of the experiment results were studied. The activity of five different limes has been measured by using the methods of acid-base titration and temperature rising rate and the results have been analyzed. It showed that the sample size less than lmm was suitable when the activity of lime was determined by the temperature rising rate method, and the changing tendency of activity measured by two different methods were conformable. The method has been used to the determination of the activity of one lime with relative standard deviation of 0.17% (n=32).
