摘 要:以偶氮胂Ⅲ作为显色剂,采用双波长等吸收法直接测定了原油中的镍含量。选择测试波长为424nm和470nm。镍含量在0~1.2ug/mL范围内服从比尔定律。方法具有较好选择性,原油中常见金属离子不干扰镍的测定。测定4种原油样品结果的标准偏差分别为1.3%,2.0%,2.4%,4.7%,样品加标的回收率为96%~104%。利用该方法分析原油中镍的含量与等离子体原子发射光谱分析法的结果基本一致。Arsenazo Ⅲ was used to detect the content of nickel in crude oil through dual wavelength equal absorption spectrophotometry at 624nm and 670nm. The linear range was from 0 to 1.2ug/mL for Ni^2+. This method had a good selectivity and other metals generally existed in crude oil could be tolerated in the determination. The relative standard deviations of five determination results for 4 crude oil samples were 1.3%, 2.0% ,2.4% and 4. 7%. The recoveries of standard addition were 96% --104%. The method has been use to the determination of nickel in crude oil and the determination results match well with those obtained by ICP-AES.
