摘  要:采用四硼酸锂熔融样品,制成玻璃体熔片,然后用X-射线荧光光谱法测得熔片中总钙含量,减去通过用红外吸收法测得样品中碳含量,换算得到CaCO3中的钙含量,进一步求得萤石中CaF2含量。此方法简便、准确,CaF2含量测得范围广,应用到质量分数为20%~98%氟化钙的测定,测定值与认定值和化学法测定值吻合,最大标准偏差为0.5%,方法能满足日常分析要求。The sample was melted with lithium tetraborate to prepare glass fuse piece. The calcium content in CaCO3 could be calculated by subtracting the carbon content in sample measured by infrared absorption from the total calcium content in fuse piece determined with X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, and then the content of CaF2 in fluorite could be obtained. This method was simple and accurate, and the measuring range of CaF2 was wide. This method was applied to the determination of CaF2 with mass concentration of 20%- 98%, and the found values were in good agreement with certified values and those obtained by chemical method. The maximum standard deviation of the results was 0.5 %, which could meet the requirements of routine analysis.
