摘  要:通过对影响火花源原子发射光谱分析的控制样品(类型标准化)制备、均匀性分析,氩气的质量,光谱和固定方式的改进,找到了光谱分析结果不稳定因素并提出了克服结果不稳定措施。仪器的稳定性、试样内部存在夹渣、分析试样与校正试样在冶金过程和物理状态的差异、氩气质量以及使用钨针电极等都对光谱分析结果的稳定性产生影响。为了提高分析结果稳定性,提出了以下措施:对光谱仪进行定期检定,使用时用标准样品对校准曲线的漂移进行修正和对积分器在激发时产生电压进行校正;使控制样品和分析试样源自相同冶炼方法的熔体,且要经常检查控制样品,发现分析值差别较大时要及时更新;在取样时使铁水中的渣在重力作用下充分上浮,确保试样尽量不含渣;应使用经纯化后的液氩,而不是瓶装高纯氩气;应将钨针电极改成钨棒电极,并使每次分析时电极处在同一位置上。By improving the control sample (type standardization) preparation, uniformity analysis, quality of argon, spectrum and fixed mode those influenced spark source atomic emission spectrometry, the unstable factors of analysis results were found and the measures to overcome instability were proposed. It was found that the stability of instruments, the existing inclusion in sample, the difference of physical state of analysis sample and correction sample in metallurgical process, the quality of argon and the used tungsten needle electrode all influenced the spectrometric determination. In order to improve the analysis results, the following measures were proposed: checking the spectrometer periodically; correcting the drift of calibration curve with standard sample and readjusting the generated voltage of integrating instrument during excitation; using the control sample and analysis sample obtained from the same smelting method; examining the control sample frequently and renewing it in time when the error was large; making the residue in hot metal completely floated under gravity during sampling to make sure no residue in sample as possible; using the purified liquid argon but not bottled high-purity argon; changing the tungsten needle electrode to tungsten bar electrode and locating the electrode at the same position during measurement.
