491铝合金挤压带板的力学性能及本构关系研究

摘  要:针对均火和未均火的491铝合金铸锭所制备的挤压带板,经淬火时效处理,测试其力学性能,得出均火和未均火的拉伸试样的力学性能在强度和塑性上差别不大。未经均火的拉伸曲线上有明显的锯齿形屈服现象。利用锯齿形屈服问题的本构模型进行模拟,其结果与试验测量结果具有良好的一致性。Tensile experiment of extruded 491 aluminum alloy which of cast is treated by homogenized annealing and non-homogenized annealing has been investigated after heat treatment. Through analysis, the mechanical values of tensile samples through above two treatments have been tested. It is concluded that difference of strength and difference of plasticity are less. In particular, the obvioas serrated yielding has been found in curve of non-homogenized annealing alloy. The modeling results were found in good agreement with the experimental data, which verifies the applicability of the constitutive model about serrated yielding problem.
