摘 要:将烯烃齐聚催化剂负载于具有纳米孔道的介孔分子筛上,同均相催化剂进行比较,探索了受限纳米空间内乙烯齐聚反应过程与自由空间内乙烯聚合反应规律的异同点,研究了分子筛载体、反应温度和Al/Fe摩尔比对乙烯齐聚反应的影响,为分子筛负载乙烯聚合催化剂的工业应用提供了有益的基础数据。In this paper, the ethylene oligomerization in the confined geometry (i. e. homogenous catalysts immobilized onto molecular sieves) was discussed. Ethylene polymerization behavior in this catalytic system was compared with that in homogenous catalytic system. The similarities and differences between the two catalytic systems were discussed and the effects of the molecular sieves, polymerization temperature and the ratio of Al/Fe (mol/mol) on the ethylene oligomerization were explored. Experimental results showed that there are potential commercial applications for catalysts immobilized onto molecular sieves.
