摘　　要：根据化学反应机理及日常生产检测的要求,在GB/T4698.2-1996海绵钛及钛合金化学分析方法1,10-二氮杂菲分光光度法测定铁量的基础上进行修改,建立了一个简便、快捷、节约成本且适合于大批量日常生产检测的分析方法。该方法不仅有较高的准确度和精密度,还可以大大缩短分析时间,提高测定效率。Based on the chemical reaction mechanism and the requirement of daily tests, we modified the determination method of iron content, 1,10-Phenanthroline spectrophotometric method, GB/T4698.2-1996 sponge titanium, titanium and titanium alloys analysis method. The modified method was simple, quick and low-cost, which was suitable for daily mass production analysis. It could shorten the analysis time and increase the efficiency with high accuracy and precision.
