摘　　要：目的为进一步控制医院感染的发生,对某基层医疗单位的消毒质量进行了监测。方法对某基层医疗单位消毒质量的监测按消毒技术规范介绍的方法进行。结果空气监测合格率67.2%;物体表面监测合格率87.2%;医护人员手监测合格率70.6%;使用中的消毒液细菌污染监测合格率100.0%;紫外线灯监测合格率50.0%;高压灭菌效果监测合格率50.0%。结论加强消毒管理,提高消毒工作质量。Objective In order to control the hospital infection （HAI）, the disinfeetion efficacy in one medical unit were monitored. Methods The methods introduced in Technical Standard For Disinfection were used in the investigation. Results The sanitary eligible rates of various objects examined were as follows ： indoor air 67.2%, surface of objects 87.2%, hands of medical staff 70. 6%, disinfeetant in use 100. 0 %, lights of ultraviolet rays 50. 0%, and autoclave 50. 0%. Conclusion The administration and quality of disinfection work should be enhanced.
