摘  要:以美国红枫品种“秋天火焰”(Acer×freemanii′Autumn Blaze′)和“白兰地”(Acerrubrum′Brandywine′)为试材,研究美国红枫变色期叶片中叶绿素、花青苷与可溶性糖等叶色相关物质的表达。结果表明:在叶片变色期,秋天火焰和白兰地叶片中花青苷含量随着天数的增加呈现先升后降的变化趋势,叶绿素含量逐渐降低;可溶性糖含量随着天数的增加逐渐升高,25~30d左右变化平稳,30d后急剧下降;白兰地叶片中花青苷、叶绿素与可溶性糖含量均高于秋天火焰;秋天火焰叶片中叶绿素与花青苷含量呈极显著负相关(r=-0.905^**),可溶性糖与花青苷含量为显著正相关(r=0.714^*);白兰地叶片中叶绿素与花青苷含量为不显著负相关(r=-0.333),可溶性糖与花青苷含量为极显著正相关(r=0.905^**)。Adopting the American maple cultivar Autumn. Blaze (Acer × freemanii Autumn Blaze') and Brandywine (Acer rubrum "Brandywine" ) as the experiment material to research the expression of chlorophyll, anthocyanin and soluble sugar content in the color transformation process of leaves. The results indicated:The anthocyanin content of Autumn. Blaze and Brandywine leaves went up first, and then went down. The chlorophyll content assumed the tendency of descending. The soluble sugar content went up when the days increased, changed calmly at 25-30days and descended suddenly after 30days. The anthocyanin, chlorophyll and soluble sugar content in Brandywine leaves were higher than that in Autumn. Blaze. The chlorophyll content in the leaves of Autumn. Blaze had great negative co- relation to the anthocyanin content(r = -0. 905^** ), the soluble sugar content had remarkable relativity to the anthocyanin content (r = 0. 714^* ). The chlorophyll content in the leaves of Brandywine had no remarkable relativity to the anthocyanin content (r = -0. 333), the soluble sugar content had great remarkable relativity to the anthocyanin content(r = 0. 905^**).
