摘　　要：断面密度分布是纤维板一个重要的物理量,与板材物理力学性能和产品用途密切相关。本文论述了不同热压状态下纤维板断面密度分布的形成过程、断面密度分布曲线的类型与特性、断面密度分布与板材性能的关系,并分析了影响中密度断面密度分布的各种工艺因数。Vertical density profile （VDP） is a quite important physical quantity of FIBERBOARD, which has great relationship with physical mechanics performance and purpose. The generation process of FIBERBOARD＇s vertical density profile, the shape and property of vertical density profile curve and the relationship between vertical density profile and panel performance were discussed in the article. Some technology factors affecting vertical density profile were analyzed also.
