摘  要:目的观察屏辐胶囊(黄芪、鱼腥草、枸杞子、丹参等)对辐射损伤小鼠的保护作用。方法用CO60钴射线照射小鼠全身引起辐射损伤,观察屏辐胶囊对辐射小鼠白细胞、骨髓嗜多染细胞微核率、血清溶血素含量的影响。结果各实验组之间动物体重差异不明显。照射后第3天小鼠外周血白细胞数由照射前的10.56×109/L下降至2.3×109.L,照射后14d仍维持在3.06×109/L的较低水平。照射后3d模型组小鼠骨髓嗜多染细胞微核率高达65.9‰,同期各样品组微核率仅为31.3‰~37.6‰,差异有统计学意义。照射后20d各剂量样品组小鼠血清溶血素抗体积数在148~151之间,高于对照组的126。结论屏辐胶囊对CO60钴射线照射所致小鼠的辐射损伤有一定的保护作用。Objective To observe the protective effect of Ping Fu capsules ( astragalus root, houttuynia, wolfberry fruit, red sage root etc. )on radiation injuried mice. Methods Resulting in radiation damage model with the radiation of 60 Co-gamma-ray, the effects of Ping Fu capsule on the number of white blood cells, the frequency of micronuclei in polychromatophilic erythrocytes of bone marrow and level of hemolysin in mouse serum were investigated. Results Ping Fu capsules could decrease the frequency of micronuclei in polychromatophilic erythrocytes of mouse bone marrow and increase the content of hemolysin in mouse serum. Conclusion The Ping Fu capsules have protective effect on mice with the radiation damage induced by 60Co-gamma-ray.
