先天性无阴道手术再造的观察

摘　　要：我院从1979年～1996年共收治先天性无阴道患者30例，先后采用腹膜代阴道3例．自体皮代阴道6例．穴壁自家皮代阴道3例，胎儿皮代阴道18例，术中充分止血，术后预防感染·配带阴道模型6月，随访30例中22例已婚，性生活满意，4例因不能生育离婚，4例未婚，但均配带大号玻璃模型．有2例因阴道模型脱出，未及时配带，而致阴道紧缩，只能配带小号模型，等于手术失败。Between the vear of 1987 and 1996,vaginoplasty was performed on 30 cases of congenital absence of vagina. On 3 of them vaginoplasty was conducted with peritoneum substitute; 6 cases with autogenous distant skin; 3 cases with autogenous local skin; 18 cases with fetal skin. During the operation, hemostatic procedure was carefully performed. Postopratively, infection was prevented with various measures and colpostat was put on for 6 months. All the palients, were followed up with the longest follow-up of 5 years.of these 30 cases 22 were married and had salisfactory sex life: the other 4 got divorced shortly after their marriage due to infertility: the rest 4 cases were still unmarried,all of these 4 had been wearing vaginal shaper of large size. In 2 cases vaginal orifice was gol tightened because of the shaper droping some time later and failed in puting the shaper back. hereafter. only vaginal shaper of small size could be put in. indication failure of the operation.
