摘　　要：目的:探讨β-七叶皂甙钠与甘露醇合用对急性重型脑外伤后脑水肿的临床疗效。方法:58例急性重型脑外伤病人随机分为β-七叶皂甙钠、甘露醇治疗组和甘露醇对照组,每组29例,观察治疗早期病人脑水肿评分。结果:治疗组脑水肿程度较对照组显著减轻(P<0.05)。结论:β-七叶皂甙钠与甘露醇合用可减轻急性重型脑外伤病人脑水肿的程度。Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of β -aescine sodium with mannitol on cerebral edema after acute severe brain injury. Methods ： 58 cases of acute severe brain injury patients were randomly divided into β - aescine, mannitol treatment group and mannitol control group, 29 patients in each group to observe the treatment of early patients cerebral edema score. Results ： The study shows that a remarkable difference exists between the treatment group and control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The former one is much better than the tatter one.
