琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片临床降压观察

摘　　要：目的:了解琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片降压作用情况。方法:在规范治疗基础病基础上,(1)治疗组:氨氯地平5mg 日一次,联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片23.75mg～47.5mg 日一次。(2)对照组:氨氯地平5mg 日一次。服药时间均为3个月。结果:对血压控制两组比较有显著差异,心绞痛发作次数明显减少,心功能有明显改善,心率反应性增快者明显减少,患者睡眠也有改善。结论:琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片降压作用肯定,安全可靠,价格适中。Objective： Understand the Extended release Metoprolol succinate to the influence which lowers blood pressure function. Methods： Cure the foundation of foundation pathological changes in the norm up, （ 1 ） Treatment set： Amlodipine Everyday once, 5 mg/time, Extended release Metoprolol suecinate Everyday once, 23.75mg -47.5mg/time. （2）Matched control ： Amlodipine Everyday once, 5 mg/fime. Take a medicine all is 3 months for time. Results： Two sets of comparisons： Have obvious difference to the control of blood pressure, The angina pectoris goes into action number of times to obviously reduce, The heart function has an obvious improvement, The heart rate responds that sex increases a quick to obviously reduce. The sufferer sleeps to also have an improvement. Conclusion： The Extended release Metoprolol succinate lowers the function of blood pressure drive affirmative, safety is dependable and the price is reasonable.
