摘 要:目的:通过对245例送检标本同时做细菌培养和 L 型细菌培养和药敏分析,了解 L 型菌的培养意义和耐药情况,为临床用药提供参考。方法:对245例标本采用常规培养和 L 型细菌培养,对检出的 L 型细菌做药敏试验并返祖后进行生化鉴定。结果:245例标本中常规细菌培养检出率为45.13%,L 型细菌检出率为65.48%。其中前五位细菌分别是大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、克雷伯菌属。结论:L 型细菌培养可明显提高病原菌的检出率,L 型菌耐药率和普通型一样有增加的趋势,应引起临床重视。Objective:For the purpose of understanding the culture of L-type resistance and significance for clinical drug reference 245 samples were submitted at the same time to do bacterial culture and L-bacterial culture and sensitivity analysis. Methods: 245 samples were in routine culture and L-type culture, the L-type bacteria detected was reversed and conducted sensitivity test after biochemical identification. Results: The detaction rate of the 245 samples in conventional bacterial culture was 45.13%, L-bacterial was 65.48 percent. The top five of which are E. coli bacteria. Staphylococcus aureus, coagulase-negative Staphylococcus. Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella. Conclusion: L-bacterial culture can significantly increase the detection rate of pathogens. L- resistant bacteria detection rate increases like the conventional type as a trend which should arouse clinical attention.
