摘　　要：目的:探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病患者深静脉置管的护理要点。方法:收集2007年在本院住院进行深静脉置管的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者26例总结防治感染与护理要点。结果:本组26例带管时间3～7天;平均4.6天,无一例发生感染及血肿。结论:深静脉置管是抢救糖尿病患者的重要方法之一,严格的无菌操作与日常护理可避免置管并发症的发生。Objective：To investigate the key points of nursing on patients of type Ⅱ diabetes with deep vein tube indwelling. Methods： To summarize infection prevention and nursing points on 26 patients of type Ⅱ diabetes with deep Vein tube indwelling in 2007 in our hospital. Results： The period of tube indwelling of 26 cases was from three to seven days, and the average is 4.6 days. There was no infection and hematoma. Conclusion： It is an important approach to insert tube in the deep vein for rescuing diabetic patients. Strict aseptic operation and day-to-day nursing can avoid the complications.
