早期半卧位预防腹部术后腰肌酸痛的探讨

摘　　要：目的：观察全身麻醉腹部手术后早期半卧位在预防术后由于被动体位引起的腰肌酸痛的效果。方法：60例患者随机分成2组，实验组患者采用早期半卧位或斜坡位。对照组患者按传统方法采用去枕平卧位。术后48小时内进行观察比较。结果：实验组术后发生腰酸者2例，程度轻，于手术当日发生，次晨消失。对照组术后发生腰酸者20例，程度较重，有2例腰酸痛难忍。结论：术后早期半卧位能有效预防体位不适而引起的腰肌酸痛。Objective：To observe the effectiveness of the application of the Fowler＇s position used to prevent the psoas ache caused by passive position after the abdominal operation with general anesthesis.Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group received the Fowler＇s position early after the operation.The control group received the traditional supine position without pillow.Observed and compared the two groups in 48 hours after the operation.Results：There were 2 patients had mild psoas ache on the operation day and the ache disappeared the next morning.20 patients in the control group had severe psoa ache and 2 cases could hardly endure the pain.Conclusion：The use of the Fowler＇s position early after the abdominal opeation could effectively prevent the psoas ache result from the inappropriate position.
