摘　　要：维护和实现社会公正是中国社会主义制度的本质要求,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的价值基础。为此,我们必须通过增加人力资本投资,培育新型社会资本,增强全社会抗风险能力,增加民生型公共投入等途径,建构促进社会公正的社会政策体系。Vindicating and realizing social equity is not only essential demand of China socialism system, but also is value tropism of constructing harmonious society. We must take measures to construct social policy systems, such as investing on manpower capital, euhivating new type social capital, increasing the capability of resisting risk, enhancing public devotion, etc.
