摘　　要：民主党派的基层组织建设,既是民主党派自身建设的重要内容,也是关系到多党合作制度长期存在和发展的重大问题。一个政党要保持旺盛的生命力,充分发挥应有的作用,必须不断提高成员的素质,不断发展健全组织,壮大组织力量,成为构建和谐社会的基本细胞。加强基层基础建设,研究民主党派基层工作的方法和途径,不断增强民主党派凝聚力,具有深远的历史意义和现实意义,也是当前面临的一个重要课题。The building of grassroots organizations of democratic parties is not only an important content of democratic parties for own development, but also a major issue being related to the long - term existence and development of the multi - party cooperation system. If a party wants to maintain great vitality, play its role fully, it must constantly improve the qualities of members, and promote the development of organizations continuously, and strengthen its organizational strength, to be the basic cells of building a harmonious so- ciety. It is with great historical and practical significance to strengthen the construction of grassroots organization, and research the ways and means of the work of grass - roots democratic parties, to enhance the cohesion of democratic parties constantly, which also is an important subject faced currently.
