摘 要:针对目前常用恒温除湿机在使用过程中为了保证出风温度而必须采用电加热或蒸汽加热的缺点,综合利用了空调机制冷除湿降温和除湿机除湿升温的特性,根据负荷的不同选择最佳制冷循环方式;确定设计方案并通过合理的系统匹配最终设计出了一种新型节能型恒温除湿机。系统采用双冷凝器以适应不同的环境负荷变化。按照通常的理论设计方法对所设计的节能型恒温除湿机进行了理论计算,最后通过实验论证了系统的可行性。The common constant temperature and humidity machine at present requires supplementary electric heater or steam heater to maintain a relatively high supply air temperature when it is in refrigerating condition. This will cause'large energy consumption especially in little heating load and large moisture load environment. This text synthetically makes use of the characteristics of air conditioner's humidifying and cooling as well as dehumidifier's dehumidifying and heating, chooses optimum refrigerant cycle according to variable load, determines system plan and finally works out an economic constant temperature and humidity machine by rational system component matching, which chooses double condenser system to meet the change of environmental parameters. At last, the test makes experiment research and gets a good expected result, which proves its probability and reasonableness.
