摘　　要：发动机缸盖温度监测仪采用热电偶作为缸盖温度传感器,通过冷端补偿电路,RC滤波电路、放大器电路、A/D转换器,最后驱动LED显示器显示测量结果。当传感器直接垫在火花塞下监测发动机缸盖温度时,为抵抗电火花干扰,在接口电路中采用了光隔离措施,保证了计算机采集结果与仪表值一致。This monitoring device uses electric thermal couple as the head temperature sensor by finally actuating the LED displaying the measured results through cold-juncture compensation circuit, RC filter circuit, amplifier circuit and A/D convert. When the sensor directly linked to the spark plug monitors the head temperature, optical isolating is used in the interface circuit against electric spark interference, so that conformability between the results got from the computer and the monitoring device can be maitained.
