摘 要:长庆榆林气田、子洲-米脂气田采用集中丙烷外部制冷低温分离脱水脱烃工艺,在设计思路上,采用气田上应用比较普遍的换热预冷技术,应用大面积换热器,利用丙烷制冷产生的小温降先将天然气大幅度预冷,再经过丙烷制冷达到分离条件。本文从原理、工艺运行等方面详细分析总结了大面积换热器在天然气处理工艺中的应用。实际运行中,榆林处理工艺600×10~4m^3/d,制冷产生1℃小温差,通过板翅式大面积换热器能形成约8.7℃预冷温降;米脂处理工艺110×10~4m^3/d,制冷产生1℃小温差,通过管壳式大面积换热器能形成约2.9℃预冷温降;通过调整制冷温降满足天然气制冷低温分离的要求。The propane-outside refrigeration of the low-temperature gas separation technology was applied in Changqing Yulin,Zizhou gas filed. It is designed according to the more general application of the pre-cooling heat exchanger technology,heat exchanger,which used the small temperature drop to precooling the natural gas at first, then used propane refrigeration to reach further separation conditions. Starting with the principles and process operation, the paper analyzes and summaries the application of large area heat exchanger in natural gas treatment. In practical operation, Yulin Natural Gas Processing Plant owns two set of 3 million m^3/d natural gas purifying equipment and used the propane refrigeration can produce 1℃ small refrigeration temperature, through large platefin heat exchanger can be formed about 8.7℃ pre-cooling temperature; Mizhi Natural Gas Processing Plant has 1.1miliiion m^3/d natural gas purifying equipments, a refrigeration 1℃ small temperature difference, through a shell - and-tube heat exchanger will create about 2.9 ℃ pre-cooling temperature. Thus, the requirements of lowtemperature separation can get by adjusting the refrigeration temperature.
