摘　　要：本文详尽分析了作为实际工程的包头万水泉小区规划设计项目，在该项目的设计过程中，设计者在充分利用基地条件的基础上，尝试以较具创意的手法来切实解决住区规划所面临的基本问题，力图为居住者创造一个舒适的居住环境。This article analyzes the actual project as Wanshuiquan residence community planning and design in detaile,in the process of which designers make full use of the site conditions to try to solve the basic problems of settlements planning in a more creative way, trying to create a comfortable living environment for the inhabitants.
