摘　　要：凉爽羊毛针织面料轻薄、细腻,透气透湿性良好,是羊毛内衣和春、夏季T恤等轻薄性针织产品的上佳原料,具有良好的市场前景。文中全面阐述了凉爽羊毛针织面料在编织设计中的要求和染整加工中各工序的条件、工艺要求。染整工艺具体参数为:漂白采用氧化、还原双漂方式,染色采用蓝纳素毛用活性染料,染色pH值4.5-5.5,室温入染,60℃恒温10-15min,90-95℃保温30-90min,升温速率控制在1.0-1.5℃/min。The cool wool knitted fabric is light,thin and exquisite with a good air permeability and humidity transmission,which is the best raw material for making wool underwear,spring and summer T-shirts and other light and thin knitted products with a good market prospect.This paper introduces in detail the knitting and design requirements of this kind of fabric,and discusses the conditions of every process and technological requirements in dyeing and finishing processing.The concrete dyeing and finishing technology is:the bleaching employs two ways including the oxidization and reduction,the wool-used reactive Lanasol is used for dyeing,the pH value of the dyeing bath is 4.5～5.5,the dyeing process begins at the ambient temperature,keeps at 60 ℃ about 10 to 15 minutes,keeps at 90～95 ℃ about 30 to 90 minutes,and the temperature increase rate should be kept at 1.0～1.5 ℃ per minute.
