摘 要:衣原体包涵体膜蛋白是衣原体基因编码、表达定位于包涵体膜上的蛋白质,在衣原体的包涵体内复制、营养摄取及信号转换等方面发挥重要作用。包涵体膜蛋白的发现大致来自于4种途径即Ⅲ型分泌系统的研究、宿主抗衣原体免疫应答中抗原处理、计算机自动检索分析和血清学检测方法,但最终鉴定都依赖于血清学方法。对包涵体膜蛋白的研究近年来一直是衣原体研究的重点,随着更多的包涵体膜蛋白被鉴定,对其功能的研究将有助于揭示衣原体的致病机理以及衣原体感染的诊断和疫苗研发,本文就有关研究报道予以综述。Chlamydia inclusion body proteins coded by chlamydial gene are expressed and localized to the inclusion membrane, which play a very important role in many aspects such as duplicating in inclusion body, nutrient ingestion and signal conversion, etc. Various approaches have been utilized to identify chlamydial Inc proteins, including secretion by heterolognus type Ⅲ secretion systems, accessibility to host cell cytoplasm immune proteasome processing, common structural feature-based computer predictions and direct antibody detection. But the ultimate identification depends on direct antibody detection. The research on Inc proteins is the focus in recent years. As more and more Inc proteins are identified, the researches on their functions are useful to explore the pathogenic mechanism of chlamydia,to diagnose the infection of chlamydia and to develop vaccine.
