摘　　要：随着辅助生殖技术的发展,卵泡发育和胚胎种植的机制越来越受到生殖领域的关注。胰岛素样生长因子系统可在卵巢和子宫内膜分泌,本文通过总结胰岛素生长因子和胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白在卵巢和子宫内膜不同时期分泌的变化,探讨其对卵巢生理和胚胎种植的影响。With the development of assisted reproductive technology, the mechanism of the follicle development and the embryo implantation are attracting widely attention by the personnel in the area of assisted reproductive. Iinsulin-like growth factor system can be secreted by ovary and endometrium. This article reviews the effet of insulin-like growth factor and insulin-like growth factor-binding protein on ovary and embryp implantation by debating their secretive changes in ovary and endometrium in different phages.
