摘 要:手术切除是原发性肝癌的主要治疗手段之一,对手术切除的范围,目前尚无定论。研究证明,应用抑制性削减杂交和基因芯片技术构建肿瘤的特异性基因库,将正常细胞和癌变或潜在癌变的细胞鉴别开是可行的,从基因水平上研究肝癌手术切缘干净与否是可行的。通过免疫组织化学方法检测原发性肝细胞癌组织中高表达基因c-Met、hTERT、MAGE-1的表达以及它们在肝癌癌周组织中的表达,分析基因在肝癌组织和癌周不同距离组织的差异表达,初步探讨肝癌的分子切缘,为探索新的治疗肝癌途径奠定坚实的理论基础。Surgery excision is still the main treatment method for primary hepatacellular carcinoma (PHC) ,but the exairesis scope is pending. It has been suggested to be feasible to differentiate normal and cancer or latent carcinoma cell by construction of specific gene bank by suppression reduction hybrid and gene chip technology,and to study on whether the incisal edge is complete or not. It will provide the rational for exploring the ideal treatment for liver cancer by detecting the expression of c - Met,hTERT and MAGE-1 ,which has high expression in liver cancer,in cancer tissues and tissues surrounding tumor by immunohistochemistry,analyzing the different expression of gene in tumor tissue and tissues with different distance from tumor,and then initially debate the molecular boundary in liver tumor exairesis.
