摘　　要：通过对俄罗斯文献编目条例的历史回顾以及《俄罗斯编目条例》形成及现状的介绍和分析,加深对《俄罗斯编目条例》的了解,理顺《俄罗斯编目条例》与新国际编目原则、《国际标准书目著录》(ISBD)、《英美编目规则》的关系,促进国家图书馆《俄文图书编目手册》的编制。By a survey of the history of Russian documents cataloguing rules, the paper intends to give a brief introduction to the development and the state of Russian Cataloging Rules as well as an analysis of its theoretic basis, which may bring about a better understanding of the relationships between Russian Cataloguing Rules and the new international cataloging principles, International Standard Bibliographic Description （ISBD）, and Anglo-American Cataloging Rules, and thus greatly to facilitate the compilation of Handbook for Russian Books Cataloguing Rules by the National Library of China.
