摘　　要：主要对新老两版《建设项目经济评价方法与参数》进行比较,找出它们的不同点,说明当前的市场经济条件下,新的经济评价与国家财税制度更匹配,经济评价工作更具操作性。This article compared the former edition of 《The method and parameter of construction project》with the new one,Focus on the difference between them,it finds out that the new method and parameter of construction is more suitable to the present market and tax system. The new edition makes estimation more maneuverable.
