摘　　要：通过对两种工艺的对比分析,得出现在米厂高能耗的原因,然后从工艺设计、设备选择和生产管理等方面提出节能降耗的方法。By contrast analyzing two kinds of rice process, this paper educed the high energy cost reasons of rice mill at present, and brought forward the ways to save energy, reduce energy cost from process designing, equipment selecting,and producing administration.
