大豆黄素对美洲鳗生长及肝、肠组织中几种代谢酶活性的影响

摘　　要：为探讨大豆黄素对鳗鱼生长的影响,实验选用美洲鳗(Anguilla rostrata)幼鳗,分别饲喂含大豆黄素的质量比为0、5×10-6、10×10-6、20×10-6和40×10-6的饲料,测定增重率、肝脏系数、常规体成分,肠道蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性,肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性.结果表明:大豆黄素处理组的鳗鱼肝脏系数、体增重率、鱼体成分与对照组的差异不明显;饲料中大豆黄素质量比为40×10-6剂量时肠道蛋白酶活性显著增加,随大豆黄素剂量增加,淀粉酶活性随之增加,且20×10-6、40×10-6剂量时肠道淀粉酶活性显著增加;20×10-6、40×10-6剂量时大豆黄素使肝中SOD活性显著升高,10×10-6剂量时ACP活性显著高于对照组;其余各组与对照组差异不明显.说明大豆黄素没有明显促进鳗鱼生长,但提高了消化酶活性,且通过提高体内的抗氧化活性和ACP活性而增强鱼体的抗应激能力.An experiment was conducted in fresh water recirculating aquaria （70 cm ×40 cm ×40 cm）to determine the potential use of daidzein as a bioactive substance for juvenile American eel American eels were randomly assigned into five experimental treatments with three Anguilla rostrata. aquaria each. Diets containing 0, 5, 10, 20 and 40 mg/kg of daidzein were formulated with a basal diet. The results showed that daidzein had no significant effect on weight gain rate （WGR） and HSI. Also there were no significant differences in the lipid, crude protein and ash content in whole body. Protease activity in intestine was increased significantly at the dose of 40 mg/kg, and amylase activity was raised markedly when inclusion level was higher than 20 mg/kg. The activities of superoxide dismutase （SOD） at the doses of 20, 40 mg/kg and acid phosphatase （ACP） at the dose of 10 mg/kg in liver were induced. As compared with control, the dose of daidzein to raise SOD activity significantly was at 20, 40 mg/kg, whereas for activity of ACP only at 10 mg/ kg. The results suggest that daidzein supplementation in American eel as a potential substance has no effect on growth performance, but may improve digestive ability in eel by increasing digestive enzyme activity and strengthening the defense against stress through the enhancement of its SOD activitv And ACP activity.
