摘 要:在鳗鲡体外采用琼脂培养法测定了氟苯尼考、大黄、黄连、黄芩、黄柏5种药物单用与联用对24株致病菌的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度,结果表明:单用时,24株致病菌对氟苯尼考敏感(MIC≤8μg/mL)的有16株;对大黄、黄连、黄芩和黄柏敏感(MIC≤50 mg/mL)的分别有18株、21株、20株和2株.氟苯尼考分别与大黄、黄连、黄芩、黄柏联用时,共筛选出34种联用复方对15株致病菌有协同和相加作用.We studied the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) of florfenicol, Pheum officinale B. , Coptis chinensis F. , Scutellaria baicalensis G. , and Phellodendron anurense R. against 24 pathogenic bacteria of eels on the agar plates is studied. The results showed: of all these 24 strains pathogens, 16 strains were susceptible to florfenicol. There were 18, 21, 20 and 2 strains which were susceptible to Pheum officinale B. , Coptis chinensis F. , Scutellaria baicalensis G. , and PheUodendron anurense R. respectively. There were 34 compounds combinating florfenicol and one of the four Chinese herbal medicines showing synergism or addition effects on 15 strains pathogens.
