牙鲆“体表出血病”病原的研究

摘　　要：对患"体表出血病"的牙鲆(Paralichthys olivaceus)肝、肾、肠等组织进行病原菌分离、培养纯化、人工感染、菌种生理生化试验和药敏试验等研究,得知引起该病的病原有3种菌.根据形态及生理生化特征,确定这3种菌为溶藻弧菌(Vibrio alginolaticus)、副溶血弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus)和类产碱假单胞菌(Pseudomas pseudoalcaligenes).Experiment of isolation, cultivation, indentification, artificial infection and medicine sensitivity were done on the diseased Paralichthys olivaceus. According to morphological features, physiogical and biochemical characteristics of the strains, the pathogens of the disease are composed mainly of Vibrio alginolaticus, Vibrio parahaernolyticus and Pseudomas pseudoalcaligenes.
