摘　　要：分析了厦门市建筑能耗的现状,指出厦门市中央空调运行管理中存在的不合理之处,同时对厦门市节能工作的潜力进行评价,指出厦门市目前的用能水平较低,建筑能耗偏大,其中公共建筑中央空调系统的能耗问题尤为严重,具有很大的节能潜力.This paper analyzes the status quo of energy consumption in the public buildings in Xiamen, and points out the irrational operation and management of central air conditioning system in public buildings. At the same time, this paper evaluates the potential of energy saving in Xiamen. Presently, energy efficiency is relatively low in Xiamen, and energy consumption is a little too higher. Especially in public buildings, en- ergy consumption of central air conditioning system is very serious. So energy economization has a huge potential.
