摘  要:针对用于短距离激光主动照明成像的TO3封装单管芯半导体激光器存在光束发散角大和均匀性差等缺点,提出一种简易可行的整形方案,并进行了理论分析和实验设计。实验中选用折射率为1.45,纤芯半径为120μm的石英光纤和塑胶非球面透镜,最后取得了光束发散角达10mrad,光斑近似为正方形,整体透过率为90%的实验结果。The TO3 sacked single unit diode laser usually can be used for short distance laser active illuminating imaging, but its beam has very big radiated angle and poor equality. So a simple and feasible beam shaping project is proposed and analyzed theoretically and designed experimentally. The quartz fiber with its refractive index 1.45 and radius 120μm and the plastic aspherical surface lens bought in the market are used for beam shaping. The experimental result is that the minimum radiated angle is 10 mrad, the beam shape is close to square and the whole permeation ratio is 90%.
